My interest in watches has snowballed since joining the team at Chrono24 in 2022. I now get to spend hours each day delving into the ins and outs of the craftsmanship, various brands, and industry lore. However, my approach to watches is rather egalitarian: While I’m of course fascinated by the technical prowess of highly complicated timepieces, I enjoy the weird and wonderful just as much. A colorful Swatch with a candy necklace-like band? Count me in! Of course, if money weren’t an issue, I’d just as happily reach for a Cartier or Patek Philippe.
